🚨 On HRT & Mounjaro (tirzepatide)? Please Read!

If you’re taking oral progestogen as part of your HRT (like Utrogestan, Norethisterone or Medroxyprogesterone), you need to know that Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) may reduce how well your HRT protects your womb lining (endometrium).

👉 This means you might need a dose adjustment or a different form of medication.

✅ If you’re using non-oral HRT (like a gel, patch, or Mirena coil), this does not apply to you.

Weight Loss Injections

We are currently receiving a high volume of requests for weight loss injections. However, these are not currently available locally through your GP practice.

For those who are eligible, the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Care Board are working towards making treatment available by the Autumn. For more information on eligibility please visit

In Hampshire and the Isle of Wight and across the NHS there is different help available depending on the level of support you require to help you in your weight loss journey.

On Tuesday 1st July we will be carrying out some essential works on our eConsult System. This is to improve the delivery of our service.
Therefore, you will not be able to submit an eConsult to the surgery between the hours of 5pm and 6:30pm on Tuesday 1st July.

eConsult will be up and running as usual on Wednesday 2nd July.
