Spines can be realigned in patients with chronic lower back pain (resolved). Two examples show how SLAT (Supine Lower Abdominal Traction), using a 15-kilogram body weight, can significantly reduce bone misalignment between Lumbar 5 and Sacrum 1. In one case, the patient obtained some disc regeneration at L5/S1! Daily traction at home with clinic attendance twice a week for six weeks was performed.
