Let me show you my go-to hack for transforming anger: Tearing up newspapers. 📰💥 Sometimes, releasing that energy physically can help you get the anger out of your body and turn it into something new. It’s simple, effective, and so freeing! 🤍

Art therapy isn’t an art class—it’s about YOU. 🎨✨ Think of it as a date with yourself, where you can explore your thoughts and tackle what’s bothering you in the most creative way possible. It’s not about the art; it’s about the healing. 🤍

Let me tell you a secret about children: sometimes, all they really need is a hug. 🤍 Before jumping to solutions or practical help, just be there for them, listen, and reflect their feelings if needed. Your presence can mean the world. 🌟

If my friend called me heartbroken, the first thing I’d do is listen—really listen. Then, I’d offer practical support if kids or elderly family members are involved and find ways to lift her spirits. Whether it’s a walk, a massage, or something fun together, I’d make sure she knows she’s not alone. 🤍💔

There’s a real uptick in depression and anxiety amongst young adults, and so much time spent on devices is compounding the issue. These are some of the symptoms of depression, and if you’re seeing them, it’s important to address them:
• Withdrawing
• ‘spacing out’
• less hygienic
• not really interested in school, work, sport or friends
• sad
• feeling a sense of hopelessness
• irritable
• angry
• more sensitive than usua
• possibly blaming themselves over and over

There are so many ways to address them, and I’d like to suggest one of those ways.
Art, music, movement & animal therapy can help address the issues without the unbearable pain of retelling their story with words.
In fact, some of them don’t even have the words just yet.

For over 18 years we’ve seen so many people become happier and let go of their pain
through creative therapy.

We work with NDIS, and on a sliding scale.

You’re not alone. We’re here for you.

“Stepping out of your comfort zone is a little like sticking your neck out. Taking a risk. But that’s where the magic happens. Where we see growth and seize new opportunities. And that’s beautiful!” ~ Simona Weinstein, Founder, Indigo Therapy Group.
