To me when I didn’t have kids it was physical and flowing & sometimes sweaty! Always grounded more in the energy though ….
Now it’s evolved ….its:
💛Daily prayer before my feet hit the ground. Saying to spirit; show me the way…..
🥥The freedom to explore rituals & customs of the real yogis in Bali, Egypt, Puru
🌴The breath I take when my son has a melt down
🧘‍♀️The patience I cultivate as he walks along the street like a snail & says mummy mummy let’s smell the lavender & chase a bee
🔥Having a clear channel to spirit so I make the right choices for my DESTINY
Finally my friends and the ones who arrive on my doorstep & say I need reiki, I need a chat….as we figure it all out together. Happy Sunday lovers…..
