Just taught Kids Yoga at a community fair & I looked around and saw this ♥️♥️♥️
It is my one wish
That I leave this world when it’s all said and done knowing I helped guide men and women to
♥️speak kindly (if it’s not going to build up the persons confidence please stay silent)
♥️actively & often in fact lots say kind things
We all need it
❤️Build up humanity one kind word at a time
We can’t do a lot about the wars in the world but we can’t spread love in our community.

As a tall women with a Leo ♌️ fire who was in miss universe, modeled for Loreal & acted and loved shining my light I’ve found “some” women can’t handle it
As a teen I nearly had to shrink myself and never understood the girls at my boarding school PCW who were jealous and so nasty.
I was BORN IN KINDNESS.
So a diamond was made & I built my 25 year career on this. Started a Global Retreats company when wellness was only a whisper and talk of manifesting /metaphysics not popular but here I found myself literally living in my bikini leading women and men to SHINE.
Thank you to the Women in our Universe who lift each other up. And never ever play small to make others feel tall. 💛💎💎💎

This Libra New Moon has me feeling all the precious emotions God Gifted us. I welcome them all. Lying here Im reminded of a moment I’ll cherish with our late friend Jake. He was the most charismatic man & one morning he dropped by all sweaty from a Run. He’d just started it. He said he did for his Daughter. He said this was her fav song.
So here’s to not taking any moment for granted & letting yourself feel it all. God gave you tears and a heart to feel love but also loss. Don’t shy away from any if it. We love you Jake. ♥️

I can’t wait to ask ALL The women how they feel saying the words I LOVE ME. To be fully transparent it makes my almost cry because our generation weren’t told by our parents You’re Amazing so we were often High Achievers. Which served us but if we can combine this with an I absolutely adore myself sub conscious we won’t attract situations , jobs, relationships that don’t adore us to. It’s the law of attraction. Albert Einstein , Wayne Dyer, they all preached it. So I invite you today to say to yourself I Adore you & see what comes up.
The Greatest teacher affirmed that all people on this planet didn’t love themselves enough so let’s change that.
