Taking care of your mental health is just as important as any other aspect of your well-being. If cost has been a barrier, this is an opportunity to seek the support you deserve.
With Medicare's Better Access initiative, eligible Australians can access up to 10 counselling sessions per calendar year with a valid Mental Health Care Plan from their GP. When bulk-billed, these sessions come at no out-of-pocket cost to you, which means you can focus on your well-being without worrying about the financial strain.

What a stunning autumn morning for our NetWalking event! ☀️🍂
We walked, we talked, we connected — with the sun dancing on the lake and the crisp air lifting our spirits, it was the perfect reset.
As humans first and business owners second, and it was such a joy to witness people connect on all levels. A beautiful reminder to pause, breathe, and break away from the busyness of life and no one wanted it to end — so we kept the good vibes going over coffee! ☕💚
