Tip to ⬆️ kiwi fruit in your diet:
🥝 Eat it as is (yes, the skin also 😉)
🥝 Chuck it in a smoothie 😋
🥝 Add it to your breakfast cereals 🍚

🍃 PESTO PASTA SALAD 🍃
Ingredients:
• 1/2 a packet of spiral tri colour pasta 🍝
• 2 serves (about 84g) leggos pesto sauce 🍃
• 1 cup cherry tomato, halved 🍅
• 1/2 cup bocconcini cheese, halved 🧀
• Handful baby spinach 🥬
Method:
1. Cook the pasta as per packet directions then rinse under cold water to cool
2. Stir in the pesto, tomatoes, spinach and cheese
3. Divide into 3-4 containers and top with a protein of choice. My go to is a tin of tuna 🐟

NOTE: You can literally add any veggies you like. This is so versatile xx

✨ Did you know that pasta cooked and then cooled is actually really healthy for our gut?? The cooling processes allows the pasta to become a resistant starch which acts as a prebiotic fuelling our bacteria in our gut 😀🦠

I think pasta salads are soooo underrated! You can literally add as much vegetables as you like. Pair it with some protein and healthy fats and you’ve got yourself an extremely nutritious and satisfying meal with gut health benefits 😉

✅ Keep it simple
✅ Stick to whole foods
✅ Promoting a healthy gut does not have to cost lots
✅ Pasta isn’t bad for you

So I’ve almost finished phase 1 of the low FODMAP diet (the phase where I eliminate all FODMAPs) ☺️

Since commencing the low FODMAP diet I’ve experienced minimal bloating and stomach pains 😀🙏🏾 woohoooo!

This week I’ll start re-introducing some FODMAPs into my diet again (so I’ll let you know how I go) 💁🏽‍♀️

But for tonight I’ve decided to create a visual of what my favourite Low FODMAP snacks were during this process 😀
I’d also like to know some of your favourites, so comment below👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾

and your local supermarkets have some good FODMAP friendly products!!
