Peri-brain fog isn’t just vaguing out! It’s a measurable neuroendocrine shift that’s a direct result of changes in oestrogen, glucose highs and lows and stress signalling.
There are a few things you can do to improve attention, speed and verbal fluency!
1. Increase protein across the day to help stabilise blood glucose.
2. Load up on phytoestrogens, fatty acids and choline.
3. Brain training: somatic movement, timed speaking exercises, learning languages or songs. But not too much as overwhelm will take you in the wrong direction!
4. Sleep reset with nutrients, acupuncture and herbs, herbs, herbs!!!
