Upgrade Retreat will be held at Amart Retreat in Verrierdale, the Hinterlands in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast.
Featuring a spectacular natural water hole, a magnesium salt swimming pool, a large wooden floor yoga hall, relaxation spaces and 44 acres of lush gardens, nature trails and mountain views.
When
Arrive Thursday 3rd August 2023 (2pm onwards), tea will be served
The Opening Ceremony will begin at 4pm with Live Music and Special Guests dinner at 6pm
Depart Sunday 6th August 2023 (12pm check-out)
Morning yoga will finish at 9am, with a farewell circle and breakfast until 10am then Closing Ceremony with live music.

ATTENTION VICTORIANS:

VIC Active, with the support of Fitness Australia, has been overwhelmed with support from Victorians who want to see their local fitness centre open.

We need to harness this support to avoid a physical and mental health catastrophe.

We’re asking you to sign a petition that will be tabled in the Victorian Parliament.

Our purpose is simple:

To request that the Legislative Council call on the Andrews Labor Government to reverse its attacks of the fitness industry and immediately reopen gyms, fitness centres and yoga and pilates studios.
