I have been successfully working as a personal trainer group fitness and self defence instructor for over a decade working both in Australia and with clients internationally

Specialising in weight management muscular development , healthyliving and lifestyle plans My passion is instructing self defence As a qualified teacher of Krav Maga. I have competed successfully at a state and national leve

l in figure competitions Australia
Also training in boxing kickboxing Muay Thai and Brazilian jujitsu

I have enjoyed working with people from all walks of life from professional athletes to house wives and children with fantastic results tailoring training systems to suit their individual goals and needs

I strongly believe that it is a basic human right to be healthy and be able to defend yourself and that is why they are my two main focuses in training and teaching

I believe that training should be an enjoyable experience and that every time you leave the gym you should feel happy and a sense of self achievement

It increases the risk of high blood pressure faster progression and Alzheimer’s disease worsens cognitive functions decreases immunity and increases inflammatory conditions, depression and anxiety.

had the odds stacked against her with injury, preventing her from training and prepping for this comp along with the morally questionable Federation politics towards coaching
today
she STILL went in there as positive and supportive of her fellow competitors as always and smashed her lifts with some cracking PB’s to bank! As always we had a great time and I am one very proud Coach and friend.

And feeling good im actually enjoying the discipline, feeling in control & healthy. Small changes are happening to my body composition which is a nice bonus but for me this challenge has everything to do with mental strength and discipline and anything else I gain along the way is an additional benefit.
It’s called a challenge for a reason & the word hard is in the title because it is hard and I expect it to continue having difficult days throughout the two months I have ahead of me but the light at the end of the tunnel is strong and bright and I am grateful for the journey as much as I will be to reach the end successfully.
