Coming from a corporate background, I’ve seen firsthand how disconnected and segmented business culture can be. Strategies and KPIs in one corner… overworked, burnt-out humans in the other. Staff stretched thin, nervous systems fried, chasing deadlines instead of alignment.
In the last decade, we’ve seen a beautiful shift — there’s now some space for mental health support, EAP programs, and even gym memberships or step challenges in the workplace. Progress, yes. But still missing so many crucial pieces of the puzzle.
Where is the conversation about nervous system regulation?
About the power of breathwork, embodiment, and somatic practices to anchor us back into our bodies?
Where is the acknowledgment of gut health as a foundation for mental health?
The understanding that our emotional wellbeing, our productivity, our creativity… all flow from how well we’re nourishing and supporting the WHOLE self.
Business doesn’t have to be a separate world from life.
Success doesn’t have to come at the expense of our bodies, relationships, or peace.
It’s time we weave the threads together.
Work, life, wellbeing.... all interconnected, all deserving of conscious attention.
