We live in a world that teaches us to see life in opposites: good or bad, right or wrong, black or white. But what if we chose to see life as a whole instead? 🌕
When we let go of labels like guilt, shame, or pride, we make space for something far more powerful: the ability to see things as they are.
This is where meditation becomes transformative. 🧘🏽‍♀️ In meditation, we guide ourselves to become the witness of our inner experience—watching thoughts, emotions, and reactions with curiosity instead of judgment.
Through this practice, we create spaciousness within, learning to pause and observe rather than react. Over time, we find that we can respond to life’s challenges and joys from a place of choice, alignment, humility and resourcefulness, moving closer to a life of wholeness.

The constant demands of work, family, and social obligations can pull us in a million different directions, leaving little time to focus on ourselves. I will keep my boundaries set to love , meet my needs for love and take action with love and expansiveness. Love is in my YES and my NO.

Is your Self Esteem intact and online?

Here are the 3 major components to Self Esteem /Confidence. Ask yourself which one are you not aligning with if your feeling stuck.

1 ✨Know your self worth. ✨

Know your values and that you are worthy of taking the action that aligns with your values.

2. ✨Know you are enough. ✨

Your beliefs play a key role in whether you will take resourceful action or not. Believe in yourself and use this belief to let go of the criticism that plagues your mind.

3 ✨Know you are loveable. ✨

Surround yourself with people that love you just as you are and make sure you have one friend that will tell you how it is especially when your integrity is at stake.

GRRRRRR
Today I pushed the snooze button and fell back to sleep. I feel like there’s about 4G’s pulling my body, mind and soul down to the earth! Its so rare that I do this and now I remember why

When you hit snooze, you’re signing up for another 75- 90 minute sleep cycle . But here’s the kicker: snoozing for just 9 minutes is gonna mess you up! In fact, that buzz wakes you up and it disrupts your sleep cycle. Like you set that alarm to get you out of bed and it’s doing its job well right!

If you go back to sleep you take a quick deep nose dive into sleep and when the alarm goes again in 9 minutes you’re so deep you only make it half out. Now you feel groggy, foggy and feeling even more tired. Your day will feel like you’re wrestling with gravity as you try to go about your daily tasks. 😴

You and I have way to much good stuff happening to jeopardise our day for another 9 minutes of sleep that going to put us behind the 8 ball.

We deserve better.

It’s kind and compassionate to your S elf to wake up when the alarm goes off and set yourself up for the best day ever.
