🔥 **CONQUERED: The KING of Upper Body Exercises!** 🔥
Chin-ups aren’t just an exercise; they’re a ultimate test of total body control, raw core strength, and tremendous upper body power. 💪 To perform one is to demonstrate true strength!
This has been years in the making for the incredible Cindy! 🥳 While life sometimes got in the way, she **never gave up**. Since the beginning of this year, she’s been laser-focused, working closely with our exercise physiologist, Jan. Together, they made micro-adjustments to her program, celebrating every small win on the path to this massive victory.
So, just how rare is this achievement?
▪️ It’s estimated that only **5-10% of the general workout population** can perform a proper, unassisted chin-up.
▪️ For women, it’s even more impressive due to physiological differences in muscle distribution. It’s believed that **less than 1% of all women** can do one.
