At CFA we are so lucky to have such an amazing community. We are a family. Everyone cares so much about each other. Become come in as strangers, and are quickly friends. Support, love, care is what it’s all about. That’s rare and we are lucky to have such an incredible space to grow that community.

To all of our amazing CFA family… what a year it’s been. It has been a tough one for many of us, missing seeing our family and friends, and the year not going particularly according to plan… we at CFA are lucky enough to have such wonderful members who’s smiling faces make waking up and coming to work everyday worthwhile. We are truly one big family and the love and support shown by all CFA members towards each other is something truly amazing and unique ❤️ The CFA Team, Lina, Rob, Lisa, Chantelle, Annie, Jan, Mike, Vanessa and Alison all wish you the very best the coming year ahead and hope that each and every one of you enjoy spending the day with loved ones in whatever way you choose to celebrate. CFA family - remember that Friday 10th December from 12pm-2pm is our Christmas Party held @ CFA. We’ve all had a crazy 12 months + and we want to be able to celebrate getting through the crazy last few months, celebrate all the friendships made, and how far you’ve all come ( covid safe of course!) while we all can. Close family members / Family Fit members are also welcome :) - So CFA members- you can book through your MindBody app OR talk to Chantelle / Lisa to book your spot. Be there - or be square ! ❤️

We are so excited to announce that we are welcoming a meeting CFA staff member, please welcome Markus! Markus is a registered therapy dog, he is a big beautiful black Labrador, who will be living with Lina, Rob & their kids outside of CFA hours, and will be at CFA everyday for our patients to love, cuddle and enjoy. We hope you all enjoy having this beautiful boy with you as part of your CFA experience. ❤️❤️ 🐶

One of the MANY reasons I love working @ CFA… we get to meet so many wonderful souls, so many interesting stories and personalities… and talents!!! One of our amazingly talented CFA family members gave this to me today for my little girl. Elephants, zebras… two of her favs ♥️🙌🏻
