Slow Down. Just Breathe in, Breathe out 😮‍💨🌊 is a beautiful deep breathing technique that can be done at any time of the day wherever you are. It can help relieve stress, teaches you to be more present and can help you calm down a worried & anxiety-filled mind.

Repeat for as many times as feels doable. For some people 30sec is all they can do when starting, and for others, it may be for a few minutes, and then you may also repeat it several times per day. Ultimately it’s about whatever helps us feel more calm, connected, soothing the mind and the body.

Eating disorders don’t always look the same or fit the “thin stereotype.” — and atypical anorexia nervosa is a powerful reminder. Learn why weight doesn’t tell the whole story, why symptoms can be just as serious at any size, and how we can support people beyond stereotypes.
