Dear Families,

It is important to us that we communicate openly and honestly with you, the families who have placed their trust in Harmony Funerals.

We wish to inform you that Marta Cardoso has decided to conclude her time with Harmony Funerals and is no longer representing or associated with our business in any capacity.
We sincerely thank Marta for her contribution during her time with us and wish her well in her future endeavours.

That said, we want to be very clear: Harmony Funerals remains exactly where it has always been standing firmly beside the families we serve. Our commitment to dignity, professionalism, and heartfelt care has not changed.

We are funeral directors who truly personalise everything. Every service, every detail, every cultural and family tradition is handled with intention and respect. Nothing is “standard” or processed. Each farewell is shaped around the life being honoured and the people who loved them.

For transparency, Marta operated under a commission-based structure during her time with us. As she is no longer with Harmony, our families, particularly within our valued Portuguese community can be assured that the same exceptional standard of service will continue and will now be delivered at a more accessible and cost-effective rate.

Our focus has always been, and will always remain, on honouring your loved ones with respect, tradition, and integrity without unnecessary expense. We kindly ask that all communication, enquiries, and future arrangements be directed to Harmony Funerals directly.
