Physical Addiction 2026 is a Health n Fitness Centre with Gym Squash Pool and a Coffee Shop and this enables us to support our comunnity through various chanels with multi sports and good nutrition . We have Four ( 4 ) Personal Training Groups being Renegade Conditioning Group , Healrhy Bones Group , Kennetics Correct Group and Miss Tenacious Group were they specialise in Group Fitness with over 25 Functional Training Classe per week , details on these will folow in due course . We also have a Saturday Zumba with Mel , Friday Boxing with Ena , Saturday Boxing with Ena , plus a Physio and Masusse on site . Our Cardio Area and Weights Room plus Stretch Room are good from 5.30am to 9pm , week days , 8am to 5pm Saturdays and 9am to 3pm Sundays , plus Squash Pool Coffee Shop all trade 7 days a week . Saturday AM Time Table will see a new look as of Saturday 26th April with a Stretch Class replacing Yoga to betterr align our Saturday Group Fitness Class Time Table . So 7.15am will be Stretch and Pilates with Ena , for a fresh approach to Pilates . We wanted to announce that we will be hosting the annual Zumba Christmas party on Wednesday the 18th of December at 7:00pm!
