Looking for a Dietitian? Look no further! I am very pleased to introduce my cousin and her very own awesome business Your Family Dietitian and Diabetes Service. Amanda is very knowledgeable in all things food or if you have any specific Diabetes needs, she is your gal.

As a physiotherapist, food is the fuel that definitely helps keeps your body moving and the right foods and nutrients is something that will keep you going like an energiser bunny or make you feel like a 3pm lounge slug.

Whilst she lives in Hervey Bay, she offers Telehealth appointments so you can still get all her advice from the comfort of your own home! I might also be a bit bias, but she also an all round pretty awesome person.

Volunteering her time and expertise, Bianca attended the 2023 Senior National Championships and 2024 Senior Box Nationals to support both our men's and women's teams. She used plenty of strapping tape, needles, and manual therapy to keep our players in top condition at these events.

MASSIVE Shout out to this legend!!!

Trinity was the first female player selected in the Open Queensland Para State Squad for Para Nationals in Perth back in October 2023. She impressed the selectors enough to now get a call up for the Para Matilda's Camp! If she makes the Para Matilda's Squad, she's off to Spain for the World Cup at the end of the year! What a legend!

When you're already tired of your new physio activities or maybe you're just over the physio talking "crap".

Little Miss E is well on her way to standing. Whilst she still doesn't appreciate many of my jokes, she still manages a fake laugh to make me feel better.

This little superstar is learning how to pull to stand and getting some balance in with single leg standing, ready to cruise one day soon (very soon).

With 2024 just starting and you know a little person who needs a little extra help, send them our way!
