📔📓 My first week back, and to support those of you who would like a little notebook for lists and tasks, or a journal for your 2026 activities, I am gifting clients who book and attend a service in January a notebook or journal.

📔📓 2026 is the year for ACTION! After manifesting your goals and aspirations in 2025, it's now time to get off our bums and start putting in the labour!

📔📓 This can seem overwhelming and already I have felt the pull to get everything done all at once - which will lead to burnout!

📔📓 I have found splitting big goals and tasks into smaller steps is a simple but effective way of making sure things happen. There's nothing like a good notebook or journal to soften the blow 😝

I am very excited to support you in 2026 after a short break over Christmas. I am taking a break from social media, business related phone calls, texts, and emails so that I can return feeling super duper fresh and re-energised!

I have a few ideas and goals in mind to freshen things up for next year, and a few changes for the better!

☺To help you relax and rest in between your appointments, and during the lead up to end of year stresses, I am gifting clients who book and attend a service in November a hand made lavender eye pillow. 🎁

🌻These eye pillows can be used during meditation to enhance relaxation.

🌻They can be stored in the fridge or freezer to help relieve headaches and sore eyes.

🌻They contain lavender, rice and linseed, and are double cased, meaning the ingredients are contained separately to the cover for added durability.
