Designed to help teens aged 12 to 15yrs build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and boost emotional wellbeing, including reducing depressive symptoms and supporting long-term mental health!

Teens learn how to:

🌬️ Stay calm under stress
💭 Understand how thoughts affect feelings & actions
🧩 Solve everyday problems
🤝 Build support networks & manage conflict

💡 Each week teens add new “bricks” to their RAP House, creating strong foundations for confidence, connection, and coping!
