Postpartum Depression Blends:
1/ 1 drop rose, 1 drop wild orange, 3 drops sandalwood
2/ 1 drop lavender, 1 drop ylang ylang, 3 drops grapefruit
3/ 1 drop bergamot, 1 drop grapefruit, 1 drop clary sage, 1 drop wild orange, 3 drops frankincense

Suggestions for Diarrhoea:
Oils: Roman Chamomile, lavender or Melaleuca
Mix 1 drop of oil with 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. Gently massage abdomen in a clockwise direction, following the digest path. Give baby plenty of fluids to drink. If diarrhoea is severe or accompanied by abdominal pain, seek medical advice.

Two suggestions for mastitis:
1/ compress - mix 2 drops lavender oil and 1 drop geranium oil with 3 cups cold or warm water, whichever feels best. Dip wash cloth into mixture; wring out; apply to breasts. Repeat every few hours as needed.
2/ topical - mix 3 drops lavender oil with 3 drops citrus bliss or wild orange oil and 1 tablespoon carrier oil (pref fractionated coconut oil) massage breasts and underarm area twice daily.

Testimony: My 2 year old son had febrile seizures for a period of 3 months straight. I started putting frankincense on him daily. I put it up and down his spine, as well as on the triangle spots behind each ear and at the base of his neck. It has now almost been a year of no seizures! - Jamie
