Here are our Top 10 Tips for Teck Neck Prevention:

1. SIT WITH COMFORTABLE UPRIGHT POSTURE with shoulders relaxed and feet flat on the floor.
2. BE AWARE OF TIME SPENT USING TECHNOLOGY by monitoring device use and taking regular breaks.
3. STOP BENDING YOUR NECK to look down at a phone or tablet. Hold the device at eye level.
4. USE BOTH HANDS CONCURRENTLY or alternate between left and right when typing on a smartphone.
5. DONโ€™T WALK LOOKING DOWN at a phone. Hold your head up straight and engage with the world.
6. TAKE REGULAR MOVEMENT BREAKS to look away from your device, move your neck from side to side and stretch every 10 minutes if using mobile devices, and every 30 minutes if using computers.
7. ENSURE COMPUTERS are ergonomically set up so the monitor is at eye level and armโ€™s length away.
8. USE AN ADJUSTABLE ergonomic office chair so the knees are slightly lower than the hips.
9. EXERCISE REGULARLY to maintain a healthy spine and overall health and wellbeing.

Meet our first-ever official healing team! This powerful crew began their journey on February 9 this year, diving deep into the art of energy healing. Each member is certified in Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), and continues to train monthly to fine-tune their gifts.

Starting soon at Blue Align Chiropractic, weโ€™ll be offering Sunday Morning Group Energy Healing Sessions โ€” a space to receive, recharge, and reconnect with your inner healing power through the strength of collective energy.

Our training is grounded in the incredible work of Boston healer, Laurie Nealon, whose team-based healing model has helped countless people over the years. Our Story

Marion and Alan Brown originally opened Windsor Chiropractic in January 2004, opening Stafford Chiropractic & Wellbeing Centre in 2013 to provide a greater range of holistic health care services to their clients and the wider community.

We recognise that good health often comes from many approaches and actions, and felt that it was important to offer other health care services in addition to Chiropractic.

Our practitioners offer a number of techniques which are drug-free alternatives to the traditional medical model and take a comprehensive approach to healing the entire body.

Our Naturopathic service includes a comprehensive health review that can be tailored to your individual needs.
