How's the weather been for you?

Here in Sydney, it's been terrible for a while. Raining on and off with no consistent sunshine.

However, this weekend had great weather. Two, whole days of sunshine. Is that a lot? Not really. But it's something.

I did manage to get outside in the garden working, and I loved every second of it.

I even managed to get a cute asf photo of our pet/mascot.

Christmas is only 10 weeks away.

We're a couple of weeks into the last quarter for this year.

Yes, time really does fly. It's kinda scary. I'm concerned about where this year went.

But...

Over the last few years, I've started learning patience.

Yet, I still strive towards my goals.

But, I don't focus on speed anymore.

So...

What is the BIG goal you want to get accomplished by the end of this year?

We've only got one more quarter to get it done and dusted. For my partner and I, we have adventure goals to achieve. And so far, we're on track! One road trip done and dusted and more adventures to be had.

All the typical gym goer goals you'd imagine. But this is the first year I will still do them. The difference is focusing and prioritising.

Once I wrote down my goals and focused on them, I still fell short.

But that's okay. I reach for the stars to land on the moon.

So...what are your end of year goals? What do you need to tick them off your list?

We recently talked about habit stacking and how it was the ultimate way to boost your health for the long term.

But are there any ways we can support this process to make it easier on ourselves?

I know, for me, when I first started prioritising my health it was hella hard.

It took me years to learn basic things, just because there was either too much information or not enough.

I found the first thing I needed to start with was stress. For me, this was the hardest thing to work through.

And now, I still have issues on occasion with being too stressed.

It's my own fault though. I work in a stressful, demanding job. I absolutely love it, but it's not the easiest job out there.

But an easy way to support your health goals are supplements and plant medicines.

Given the last two years, supporting your health is more important than ever before.

With Covid and all stress of the looming recession, taking care of yourself is especially hard.

But here at Your Good Foods, we take health seriously...

We pride ourselves on making health simple for everyone.

We wanted to share some tips and tricks on keeping your body healthy.

Unfortunately, there are no 'quick fixes', but there are fixes that work if you do it right.

And it's done wonders for my health. I went from stressed and burnt out to thriving with a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Instead of sitting on the lounge watching, eating cheetos and watching netflix. I'm now a regular at the gym, training to compete in marathons and obstacle courses.

You've all heard the whole "exercise, diet, sleep" speil, but once you've got the them downpact, there is so much more you can do.

Unfortunately, starting can be the hardest part...

Which is why, I am giving you a secret on how you can start.

It's called habit stacking...

Habit stacking enables you to take one habit, then another and another. I hope you get the picture.

Start small and find a simple habit you want to start with.

Make it easy for yourself to do it; ie; the first 2 minutes of any new habit you are trying to form is the hardest to do. If you can start, you have a 80% higher chance of doing it

Only focus on a single new habit at a time.

This is habit stacking. Waiting until the first habit has been done for 30 days, before starting a new one.

The first thing I want you to do is figure out what healthy habits you want to start with.

I'd suggest something focused around, exercise, sleep or a healthy diet.

Once you've done that, the only thing to do is start. It can be a daunting process, but the rewards are well worth it.
