This role offers 1 day per week (7.5 hours) to work on a project supporting excellence in care for paediatric patients and their families and includes individual mentorship from the Divisional Head of Nursing for Paediatrics and Deputy Director of Nursing for Research.

The RNOH Excellence in Care Junior Nurse / Fellow post is highly suited to aspiring clinical leaders and those interested in a clinical/academic career. You will be a key member of our first group of Excellence in Care Fellows programme, representing your clinical division and contributing to our journey towards increasing excellence in patient care and staff experience.
