😳 But, seriously.

I apply this when I’m overthinking and stuck.

And it works.

Good way to stop an anxiety-track and get on with it.

It might suck but it’s the difference between having and not.

It doesn’t mean don’t apply critical thinking - if meeting it maturely.

Mel Robbins 5-Second Rule is one method for approaching anxiety and beating barriers. 5-4-3-2-1 & jump into it. Go check her out. My mantra - what works for me & I actually say it - “Don’t Think, Just Do.” That simple when I’m at the line between doing and not doing.

It’s my key cluck-like-a-chicken hypnosis phrase 🐔

It’s got to work for you; see what fits. Try one on for size, sample on repeat, see what clicks. And it will click.

Sometimes it’s made a lot more complex than it is.

Whether it’s seeking help, getting out of our own way, or hitting something much harder, all it takes is one step.

One step … and then the next
