🌿 Wanted: Full-Time Medical Receptionist
Granite Belt Medical Stanthorpe is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Full-Time Receptionist to join our friendly team.
About the role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a warm and professional environment. Your day will be varied, including:
• Greeting patients and managing appointments
• Answering phone and email enquiries
• Processing accounts and Medicare/Health Fund claims
• Supporting our doctors, nurses, and management team with administration tasks
• Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records
About you:
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Friendly, professional, and caring in every interaction
• Organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident with computers and quick to learn medical software
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in medical reception or administration is highly regarded, but not essential – training will be provided for the right candidate. This role may be suitable for a school leaver if the right candidate.
