Our welcoming General Practice is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team.
About Us:
We are a busy, well-respected GP clinic committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and respectful environment. Our team includes experienced GPs, nurses, allied health professionals and receptionists who value collaboration and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer immunisations, wound care, ECGs, and other clinical procedures
- Assist with health assessments and chronic disease management plans
- Coordinate recalls, reminders, and preventive health initiatives
- Support doctors with minor procedures and patient education
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold infection control standards
- Contribute to the smooth, efficient operation of the practice
About You:
- Previous experience in a general practice role (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A compassionate, calm, and friendly attitude
Essential Qualifications:
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Are you friendly, organised, and passionate about patient care? Our welcoming General Practice is looking for a professional and personable Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated healthcare team.
About Us:
We are a busy, well-respected GP clinic committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care in a supportive and respectful environment. Our team includes experienced GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals who value collaboration and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with professionalism
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient enquiries
• Process billings, Medicare claims, and EFTPOS payments
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and external healthcare providers
• Perform general administrative duties including scanning, filing, and data entry
About You:
• Previous experience in a medical or reception role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Familiarity with medical software (e.g. Best Practice or similar)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A compassionate, calm, and friendly attitude
Desirable Qualifications:
• Experience in general practice or healthcare administration
• Understanding of Medicare billing and appointment management systems
• Current First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
