Today is R U OK? Day, a day that reminds us to stop and check in with the people around us - whether that be our friends, family, colleagues or a stranger.

It’s natural to feel a little hesitant, and you don't have to have all the answers, but showing a willingness to listen can change lives and show people who might be silently struggling that you care.

Today is National Dying to Know Day - a day that aims to open conversations and dialogue about end of life planning and death care.

Often we find it difficult or scary to talk about death, dying and everything involved, rather choosing to leave it until it becomes a necessity. However, death is a part of life, and it doesn't have to be a scary thing!

Our challenge for you today is to reach out to a friend or family member (or pop in the comments!) and have a chat about what your ideal funeral would look like - do you want a certain song? What photos would you want to show? What kind of things would you like people to talk about in your eulogy?
