Dear Clients/Friends, I would like to inform you all of my Covid19 Plan - as this horrible Virus has been in our lives for many months, we must all take responsibility for our day to day actions and whereabouts. I am trying very hard to make sure I only visit your home if both you and I are in good health and free of any flu like symptoms. This extends to also making sure my family & friends & your family & friends are only coming to visit if they are also free of any flu like symptoms. This will then give us all the confidence to feel safe & secure that our decision to meet will be a positive one. On commencement of my day I will always check my temperature and do a self assessment to confirm that my health is 100%. If for any reason I have any concerns, I will call you immediately and advise that we will need to reschedule. My GP will be contacted and if he feels I need to be tested I will immediately go and have it done. Please note prior to our visit I will make contact with you either by phone or text message and verify with you that you are feeling well and you also feel that your home is safe for me to enter and provide my foot or hand care service. In the event that you have any of the symptoms advised by the Australian Health Department then I will be advising that we will need to reschedule for when your health has improved. If you have returned from overseas (or visited hotspots advised by QLD health) or been in contact with someone who has returned from overseas in the past 14 days then we will need to reschedule. As I am a mobile operator please have peace of mind that I will continue to provide my service using the process handed down by the Australian Health Department. Also note that I have completed all the training modules the Health Department has provided; this has allowed me to understand the process of using protective face masks & full PPE and necessary cleaning & sanitising to secure our safety in this trying time. I have also received my annual fascination for the flu. If at any time you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me for further explanation. Hello to all my lovely clients/friends. Just checking in to ask if your all doing well through this very difficult time of isolation? I would like to take this time to let you know that I am doing my very best to keep up to date with all training and understanding needed to keep you & I safe when we next visit. Please find attached certificates of training that I have completed online; requested by the Australian Government Department of Health at this current time. Each and every day the circumstances change so therefore more training will be required and completed when necessary. If you have any queries relating to your health & safety prior to my visit please do not hesitate to call me on 0429700881. I will do my very best to answer your concerns. Please note if you have chosen to self isolate & only visit your supermarket, pharmacy or doctor when needed; and you have not been visited by a person with COVID19 or a person who has recently returned from Overseas/not socialising for coffees etc, then I will be very pleased to come and see you. If you cannot answer YES to all of the above then unfortunately we will need to delay my visit and reschedule to a later date.
