🧍♀️💻 Sitting all day? Time to get moving!
If your job keeps you at a desk, it’s important to move every 10–20 minutes and take a short walk at least once an hour. While having an ergonomic workstation setup is helpful, regular movement is even more crucial.
People who move frequently during the workday tend to have more energy, are more productive, and experience fewer work-related injuries. Your body (and brain) will thank you!
