📖 Reading something not on a screen
🚶♂️ A walk that doesn’t involve chasing your dog
🏋️♀️ Even a workout—yes, sweating counts as stress relief
✈️ And let’s not forget the holy grail: a holiday (preferably somewhere with no Wi-Fi and lots of hammocks)
