Stirling Hospital is seeking a creative and proactive Marketing & Communications Officer to promote our hospital and engage with the local community. This hands-on role involves managing digital and print communications, coordinating events, and supporting initiatives that enhance the hospital’s profile and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, website and promotional materials
• Assist with hospital events and community engagement activities
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications
• Monitor and report on marketing activity effectiveness

Skills & Experience:
• Experience in marketing, communications or related roles
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

As a part of our ongoing appreciation and recognition of our valued employees, the Stirling Hospital Employee Recognition Awards were held for the third year. This was an opportunity for employees to be nominated by their colleagues and recognised by the whole hospital for their hard work and efforts.
This year, we refreshed the award categories to match our values – Quality, Personalised, Care and Approachable
The four award categories were the Human Connection Award, the Heart of Care Award, the Open Door Award, and the Excellence in Action Award.
Several staff from different departments were nominated in each category and following a judging process, the winners were announced at the Christmas Party and presented with a certificate and trophy by Annette Nelson, CEO and Dr Andy Simpson, Board member.
