I like to welcome my clients to .coach.house.stirling with a beautiful botanical infusion and something delicious.

Today they get organic strawberries, chilean guava and blueberries freshly picked from the Coach House garden alongside a luxurious chocolate 🤎🍓

If you’ve been here for a while, you may have noticed I’ve been quiet here.

I haven’t been gone, I’ve busy nurturing something that kept floating to the bottom of my to-do list for years.

Now, it’s finally coming to fruition. And it’s almost here.

Learning and growing into the highest version of myself has been my life’s work. Along the way, I’ve worked with many incredible coaches, mentors, therapists, and healers. I wouldn’t be who I am today without them.

Because you can’t see what you can’t see, and a skilled therapist acts like a mirror, reflecting yourself back to you and helping you to see yourself and your patterns more clearly.

A good therapist will never keep you rehashing the past but rather use it as fuel to burn away old patterns and create something beautiful and new.

The subconscious mind doesn’t experience time the way the conscious mind does.

That’s why painful experiences, even if consciously forgotten, can still trigger us, driving our emotions, behaviours, and choices, causing us to have reactions that seem out of proportion to what has happened in the present moment.

The beautiful truth is this; because the subconscious holds onto the past so vividly, it also gives us the opportunity to heal it, no matter how much time has passed. It’s never too late.

It is possible to return to those long-hidden places within to bring understanding, self-compassion, & healing to your present day experience, & freeing you to live life from a place of wholeness 🕊️

Blossoms are blossoming at .coach.house.stirling 🌸

It was my dream to create a beautiful, private little sanctuary, a space tucked away from the noise of the world, where all who come here feel safe, supported and cared for.

A place where you can put down the weight you’ve been carrying, breathe out, and connect back to that deeper part of yourself.

One month in, I am so happy to say, that dream is now a reality 🌸🕊️🌿
