Both our therapists Danielle & Gary have years of experience working with sports people, athletes and gym goers. They can both diagnose problems and sysmatically work with the body to find where the muscle pain is coming from. Being able to follow the pain patterns within the body helps the therapists work the tensionb and pain ouit of the body. This helps all our clients leave their massage appointment "pain free" and feeling lighter.
