Welcome to Dance Flow - Mindful Movement & Meditation 2026!
Weβre excited to be starting the new year at a new venue β Leaps And Bounds Dance School in Sale.
Parking should be a little easier at this quieter end of Raymond Street, and our new studio offers more space to grow β within ourselves and as a community π±πβ¨οΈ
π§ββοΈ If youβre wanting a gentle start to 2026, a chance to feel joy and give your body, heart & mind a nurturing experience of self-love, kindness, and growthβ¦through gentle exercise & positive mindset π
β¨ Iβm offering these beautiful 30β50 minute 'Mindful Movement & Meditation' sessions for children and adults.
These sessions run fortnightly on Saturday mornings during school terms π
No experience needed
All fitness levels welcome π
Iβll guide you through each mindful step πΆπͺ
Thereβs no choreography β we simply feel into the music and move within our own natural flow.
π Take some time for YOU.
Relax, unwind & reconnect with your body, mind and spirit through 'Positive vibes, uplifting affirmations, grounding music, free flowing movement & a mindful meditation' to finish.
π§π¦ Help Kids regulate their emotions better & connect with their bodies with simple 'Mindfulness' techniques you can use at home, such as Breath, Gratitude, Positive affirmations & Movement to Music. πΆπͺ
Each session is a gentle journey of connection and release for all ages. β¨οΈ
Youβll step into your weekend feeling a sense of peace, calm, connectedness, and joy ππβ¨οΈ

π Adult & Kids classes run back-to-back on the same day.

π§ Some yoga mats & cushions provided, or BYO if preferred.
π Wear loose, comfortable clothing for dance-exercise. (Pants/leggings recommended)
π§ BYO water bottle for 'mindful hydration' throughout each session. (A gratitude practiceβ¨οΈ)
