Ladies! Neck pain shouldn’t be part of your workday. According to the Australian Chiropractors Association, women who stretched or took a break every two hours were 24% less likely to experience neck pain than those who only moved once they were already sore.
Remember to make time to move, stretch and reset, because prevention is the best protection.

We're excited to announce we have a new Chiropractor joining us at the practice this week, Dr Kim Bianca Castelo Branco who starts on 15 October. Dr Kim has extensive experience in family and sports-based chiropractic care, having practiced in South Africa and Canada before recently moving to Cairns to be with family. Her addition to the practice expands our capacity and ability to support our community with caring chiropractic care.
