Trained as an Infant Massage instructor with IMA. As well as being trained in Post Natal Massage and Partner and Labour Massage. Other specialties include; Remedial, Dry Needling, Relaxation, Hot Stones, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Sports Mas

I'm still on holidays and won't be returning until mid-late next week.

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been so quiet lately—life got a little busy. I wanted to pop in and talk about something important: the myth of "𝙣𝙤 𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙣, 𝙣𝙤 𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣" in massage.

I hear this so often, and I want to set the record straight! A great massage should feel good. Yes, some spots might feel a little tender, but that's just your muscles letting us know they need some attention.
