Summer Solstice Reflection ✨

As the sun reached its highest point, we gathered in nature to pause, breathe, and remember what truly matters.

The light of the sun does not erase the shadow, it reveals it, so it can be seen, honoured, and integrated.

The longest day of the year reminded us that light is not something we chase… it’s something we allow.

We breathed together.
We moved gently.
We offered gratitude to the earth and released what no longer needed to be carried into the next season.

In community, in stillness, in presence - something softened.
Intentions were planted.
Energy shifted.
Hearts opened.

May the light we honoured on this sacred day continue to guide us through the months ahead.

May we carry the warmth of connection, the wisdom of nature, and the remembering that we are never separate from the cycles of the earth. 🌿✨

Recently, I was lucky enough to tick off a major bucket-list dream, a vision always wanted to witness and truly experience. It was one of those sights you can’t look away from. I could have stared at that breathtaking scenery forever

It was such a soulful day exploring the Nevada Desert. The drive from Vegas to the Canyon was unbelievably picturesque every mile felt like a moving postcard 😍🫶🏻

The trip itself was fast-paced, trying to squeeze so much into such a short window of time, but it was unforgettable in every possible way ✨

Happiest of Father’s Day to me, and to all the incredible single mums out there who show up every single day, doing the work of two ✨

Even when it wasn’t our choice, we rise each morning and give everything we have: from providing, protecting, guiding, and loving our children. We are the mum, the dad, the doctor, the nurse, the teacher, the comforter, and everything in between. That is no small feat, and it deserves to be honoured.

I see you. I feel you. And I celebrate you - not just today, but every day 💛

To every single mum carrying it all on her shoulders while raising the next generation with strength, love, and resilience.
