Behind many NDIS participants is a carer holding everything together.

The phone calls.
The paperwork.
The appointments.

The emotional load that often goes unseen.

Caring for someone comes with so many moving parts, and a lot of it happens quietly in the background.

Plan management doesn’t change the supports someone receives, but it can help take away some of the financial and administrative pressure that sits behind it all.
When invoices are processed, budgets are tracked, and things are explained clearly, it creates a little more space for families to focus on what matters most.

If you’re caring for someone and feeling stretched, please know you’re not alone.

Supporting NDIS participants also means recognising and supporting the carers beside them.

The holidays can be a joyful time, but they can also feel overwhelming for some.

If an NDIS participant suddenly loses disability-related supports and finds themselves in crisis, the NDIA has a crisis response service that can step in. This support can be accessed through referrals from emergency services.

Returning to Schoolies Festival™ this year was our Australian-first Sensory Space, supported by a grant from the Office for Autism. It helped to make the Festival an inclusive, welcoming space for all young people to celebrate safely.
