✅ What to include on your NDIS invoices

To make sure your invoices meet NDIS requirements and are processed quickly, it’s important they include the right details. An NDIS-compliant invoice should have:

🔹 Business details – provider name, ABN, contact details
🔹 Participant details – full name and NDIS number
🔹 Invoice number & date – each invoice should be unique and dated
🔹 Service details – description of the support, support item number (if available), and dates of service
🔹 Rates & costs – hourly/unit rate, number of hours/units, and total cost (including GST if applicable)
🔹 Bank details – BSB and account number for payment

Having all these details helps ensure invoices are paid correctly and without delay.

💡 Tip: Double-check before sending to save time later!

When she’s not busy supporting participants as an Assistant Plan Manager at BBKM, Mandy is out in the community helping to run the Mallee Cruisers Car Club 🚗✨.

The club hosts regular Show & Shine events and the biannual Rush Car Event in Swan Hill – with all fundraising staying in the local community, with a strong focus on supporting mental health. 💙

We’re so lucky to have Mandy on our team – bringing her passion for people and community to everything she does, both inside and outside of work. 👏

✈️ Supporting Sam, Hopeful Hildas & the Royal Flying Doctor Service 🚁 At BBKM Plan Management, we’re proud to support Sam as she takes part in the incredible Outback Air Race with the amazing team at Hopeful Hildas. The Outback Air Race isn’t just an adventure — it’s a major fundraiser for the Royal Flying Doctor Service, helping provide vital medical care to remote and regional communities across Australia. 🌾❤️ Hopeful Hildas are flying for a cause — raising awareness and much-needed funds for an organisation that makes a life-saving difference to thousands of Australians every year. We’d love for you to follow along as Sam and the Hopeful Hildas team take off on this journey — and if you’re able, consider supporting their fundraising efforts for the RFDS. Every little bit truly makes a difference!
