Thriving Lifestyles

Thriving Lifestyles Thriving Lifestyles is all about creating YOUR own version of your healthy lifestyle. Focussing on w We all have a choice, and we choose to Thrive!

Thriving Lifestyles represents a movement of healthy living that aspires to help women create their lifestyle that works for them, on their terms, their way! We promote the basics that help women to engage in life long participation of healthy living. We are advocates for the process of thriving, rather than the fast attained and quickly lost results that many of us strive for. Thriving Lifestyles

has a core focus on improving the life that we already have. To work with what we've been given and turn it into something that we can be proud of and excited to get up out of bed for! We understand that everyone is dealing with their own struggles and no two women are the same. We also know that there are fundamental requirements to living a healthy lifestyle such as regular exercise, healthy eating, adequate sleep, hydration, rest and many other basic lifestyle habits that simply go unnoticed and are merely undervalued and under utilised.

It is for this reason that it has been out mission to bring these fundamentals back into fashion and empower women to implement them on a daily basis so they can prevent, control and even overcome their health conditions, injuries or illnesses so they can enjoy a fulfilling, exciting and active life that's created on their terms! We help you discover what a healthy lifestyle means to you, and support you to achieve it.

You see, when we struggle with areas of our life that we wish were better, like our weight, happiness, health, fitness, stress or any other areas of our lives, we often overlook our habits, behaviours and routines that usually get us to this point in the first place!

We believe that everyone's answers are already within them, we help women that are struggling to find those answers to figure them out themselves and get the results they deserve! No one should feel tired, crappy, frustrated, lethargic, stressed, unmotivated or unhappy every day, yet many do.! Which is why we are creating this movement, and why we want you to jump on board too. Thriving Lifestyles is not a program or a 'short term solution'. It is a movement of healthy living and it's founded on what works for you! Our Thrive Movement allows us to guide women to change and remove the habits and routines that shape our lives now, and create new ones to support the ideal life we want to have. We help find balance, transform habits and create a thriving mindset that allows us to achieve our goals. We do this by taking out the overwhelm of 'quick fixes' that no one can stick to. We take it slow and make it meaningful by matching it up with individual, personal goals. Let's create your healthy lifestyle!

A bit of action from under the house. This job is one of the ‘not so fun’ jobs that makes a real big difference, that you can’t see any change from above ground.

Our house was a bit sunk in places and doors weren’t quite working properly. Looking underneath, the stumps are all quite rotted from water damage over the years.

These next replacements are all in tight areas but they need doing!

One of our favourite parts of our place is the front paddock. It’s a great area for the kids to go wild, ride their toys and explore. But, it is also a great spot to camp. When we first bought this place, before we got the keys, we camped here in the front paddock for a few nights and absolutely fell in love it.
There was very limited access though and it was tight even for a car. We always wanted people to be able to come stay in their vans and relax and enjoy it with us. Also allowing more people for our kids to grow and learn from.
So, this project, clearing the opening and installing gates was high on the priority list…. And it’s a long list!

But, today was the day a lot of progress took place! All the big parts done! Thanks to the kids grandpa for clearing the area, it looks unreal!

Last night we had a late booking for this morning until Monday. The van was not really ready for a rental and needed a good clean!
Last night, took a 9:30pm drive to the car wash and this morning we made the bed, cleaned the van, packed it and filled her up!
The guest took it at 9am and was happy with how his weekend was panning out.

A really good feeling sharing our travel with people! Can’t wait to see a snippet of their adventure in the diary!

On the tarmac!
Another Half Mara under the belt. This one with
A goal set out last year to run a half in his final year of school, played out perfectly on the day. One of my favourite teacher moments.

Good times, good people, plenty of smiles :)

Coupla Sundays Jobs :)

Jack is really picking up some skills now and he is always wanting to be out here doing things. It’s been a fun afternoon, welding up some shed frame and concreting in a few pine posts for the paddock gates.

Bucketed down right as we poured the conc, but we got them in!

Choc Chip Biscuits

Baking with the kids is challenging sometimes but embracing the mess and having patience, it can be really fun!

I’m looking forward to getting in the kitchen with them more this year and baking snacks from scratch! Teaching the kids what’s in the food we eat and real ingredients, is a big priority in our house!

How long have we been travelling in a van? On and off throughout the year for quite some time now! 2019 we got our first van which was mum and dads work van for their mobility business. When mum passed away, dad closed the business and our van adventures begun. We build the van out without no real experience, just YouTube videos and creativity. It was a really cool build and we loved that van! Jack was travelling in it as a new born and it was unreal.
We sold that to some friends who have continued travelling in it, mainly around Tassie!
Our next van was the current one we have now. It was the old Loddon Valley community bus and we stripped it out and build this one to fit all 4 of us. Another exciting build, we completed it in under 3 months from RWC, mechanical fixes to the camping build. All done in 3 months for our 4 week, end of year trip up the east coast.
We have done day trips, weekend trips, 4 week trips and everything in between.
Travelling in a van has been the best thing we’ve done as a family. So easy, so fun and so comfortable!
Our next project for it is to add a roof top tent for more sleeping space and to rent it out on Camplify to share our love of travel with others :)
