-Mondays, our "Mindful Movement" class focuses on core strength breathing and muscle relaxation techniques.

-Wednesdays we have "Movement for wellness. This class focuses on functional movement that is used in daily life and how to strengthen and maintain mobility.

Classes are for those looking at gentle movement or easing back into an exercise routine.

What is the Veterans Functional fitness (VFF) Program?
- A program co-designed with our exercise physiologist and allied health team to improve mental and physical health through functional adaptive exercise, supporting independence and quality of life.

TK knows that doing the movement the right way is more important than lifting the heaviest weight. He listens carefully, works on his technique, and tries his best every session. That’s why he looks so strong and smooth under the barbell!

Over the past few months, his flexibility, power, and overall fitness have improved so much. He brings great energy to every workout (especially when he’s had a good snack first πŸ˜‚) and always keeps us smiling with his quippy banter.
