🤝 Behaviour Support Practitioners — Contractor Roles Across NSW

We’re seeking passionate, evidence-based Behaviour Support Practitioners to partner with Yellowbird Enterprises. Build your own practice under our rigorous quality, governance, and safeguarding framework while enjoying full flexibility and support.

What You’ll Gain
- Build and grow your own client base through personal referrals
- Choose your own hours and manage your ideal caseload
- Work independently from anywhere in NSW
- Business-to-business contract arrangement—manage your own workload and diary
- GST inclusive rates (Yellowbird Enterprises Pty Ltd is registered for GST)

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments to identify concerns and goals
- Develop and implement tailored behaviour support plans
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic client care
- Document client progress and maintain detailed case notes
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities

Role Requirements
- Current Behaviour Support Practitioner ID
- External supervisor in place
- Valid ABN or ACN
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance
- Proactive networking and business-development mindset
- Trauma-informed and neurodiversity-aware practice
- Alignment with Yellowbird values—no ABA methodologies

- Personalized webpage profile featuring your photo, bio, location, areas of interest, practitioner ID, and endorsement level
- Regular social media promotion of your services
- 24/7 phone reception (0468 016 347) to field enquiries and referrals around the clock
