Sweet.
Trying to catch the moon.
There’s a little full moon 🌕 rising last night & Monday full moon at Yarrahapinni.
We do a yoga class this morning with our teacher in Bondi & teach a class 5.30 at Yarrahapinni. All online & connecting further than we ever could on the ground. A yogic paradox 🤗

Stepping out.
Sundays are still Sundays & the beach is still a Sunday balm. The colours, patterns, textures the smell of salt in the air, the breeze & bird calls 🦅. The water.
Earth, water, fire 🔥, air, ether ...am I.
I teach online 9.30 am yoga, then a beach walk, lunch from the garden, a siesta YES! Sunday is Sunday.

Our zoom classes are a lead towards you creating your own home practice.
We teach a classic step by step approach, sequencing classes as is done at RIMYI, making yoga approachable for everyone.
