💛 R U OK? Day 💛

Today is a reminder to check in with the people around you — family, friends, colleagues, and loved ones. Sometimes, a simple “Are you OK?” can start a conversation that makes a real difference. 💬

At Pelvic Health Clinic, we understand that health challenges — including pelvic health concerns — can take an emotional toll. You don’t have to go through it alone. Reaching out, talking, and being supported are important steps toward healing. 🌸

So today (and every day), take a moment to ask:
👉 “Are you really OK?”
👉 Listen with an open heart.
👉 Encourage seeking support if it’s needed.

Together, we can create a community where no one feels alone. 💙
