Yesterday I had an industry vet in 🥹🙏🏽 we were naturally talking shop & she asked for my sculptural facial .. what is the repeat client percent. I looked it up .. she said I should be so proud . This is really high but quickly said .. if you were not personally treating each client it would not be this high & I completely agree with her
I am so passionate about facial massage. I love doing it ! The relief I see each women experience thru the treatment is wild ..
the cost of living is at an all time high , it really humbles me that I have in my opinion such a high repeat Customer 🙏🏽❤️
For women to on going book in the same treatment at the same clinic
The treatment must be worth it. Let’s face it. We live in a world where there is always the next best thing / fad / .. so many options .. things to try.
Yet so many of you are regular clients 🙏🏽
My treatment follows simple steps
Strong facial massage .. 5 mins of cleansing ( there is nothing worth than many creams been runner on & off your face ) a double cleanse post facial massage is all you need.
LED is a key component and aside from the skin tightening, plumping , cellular repair … the led ensures you do not break out post treatment ( when using facial oil for a long period of time massaged on face ) this is important.
I invested in an Australian owned medical grade led machine which has the highest (mW/cm² ) level
The last component of this treatment is infrared sauna. Queens this is not a cure add on to make the treatment seem better than what it is. Infrared sauna is so important after any lymphatic treat. As we get older our lymphatic system becomes sluggish . Getting a deep purge directly after treatment is key for results.
Now if I had a margarita for each queen that said I don’t do well in heat I would be living on a tropical island. My advice…
Give it a crack. I don’t have a gun to your head. You can get out when ever you are ready. Sauna is very much a mental game. So if you go in saying I am not good at this it’s already over red rover. Infrared sauna for women has so many benefits

I hope everyone had the Christmas they wanted & needed ❤️
I had a much needed break .. I was absolutely shattered at the end of the year. What good 2 weeks off is 🙌
I feel completely reset & ready to kick queen goals ❤️

The last two years I have worked insane hours. This muma bear has done the hard work & ready for some fam bam balance
2026 opening hours will be Thursday to Sunday 7 am till 10.30 pm
So the clinic is still open a lot more the standard industry hours just dialing it back slightly so I don’t miss these important years for my tribe

Last years was bold . I was walking down hay street in bathers 😂 Bold! / how could I beat that
Then it came to me
I am older , curvier & I feel confident
This summer is not about been hot !
It’s about owning the skin you are in! Been confident! Been bold that I may want to werk on my summer bod but the base .. the starting point is banging ! Beautiful!

A love note to every Queen …

The lead up to summer is stressful
You have been in winter clothes for months & boom it’s hot again. We indulge in yummy food because it’s cold & I personally find it all sneaks up on me. Things are tighter & you don’t realise until you put them on 😂 and are super puzzled why they are now tight 😂🙋🏽‍♀️
I always have the oh s**t .. I am going to have to be in bathers next to mr muscles ( which I am sure people at the beach think I am the nanny or his sister ) 😂
But …
My point is
Me this your own Hawt girl summer
Have your own body goals ! Sure ! But be kind to yourself because your already a hawt mother f***r
Let’s normalise normal bodies ! That are not air brushed or posting the best angle.
It ain’t real ! Don’t filter your pics 😂🫣 love you the way you are

I remember in my early 20s looking at one of my aunties and in my mind thinking why on earth is her gobble growing and nowhere else was

I was genuinely puzzled

Well well well

It’s the start of our hormone change as a queen

Which I think just messed up 😂
