We’re teaming up with .endurance to kick start our new Saturday Sessions long interval running workouts to help everyone train for their distance running goals.

Meeting at Lake Monger (carpark at the south west corner - entrance off Gregory St) at 7am each Saturday. $15 per session - eftpos available.

Sessions are released ahead of time to those attending. We’ll also help you work out pace ranges and groups based on your goal half/full marathon time.

Every few weeks we’ll be donning the away kit and heading to .hq hq for a post session recovery. Stay tuned for more info!
