Managed to catch Vivid Sydney during a weekend fertility conference.

Discussed interesting topics on ovarian ageing and personalised care, plus of course AI.

Watch out doctors, nurses and embryologists!! AI is taking over for patient care and IVF.

Just kidding 😉. In truth it is going to be many years before this happens. While we are talking about personalised care, AI has not learned that skill yet.

Survived another Sunday Gym, when I am really tired I remember my inspirational character encouraging words "just keep swimming".

It is a beautiful Sunday, after that I went for my monthly car wash before the queue gets too long. Snapped a few photos around the car wash centre. Today I am wearing my favourite T- 30th Anniversary high school reunion T-shirt. (No prize for getting my age right)

For my overseas friends and relatives those are native Australian plants, where I get the inspiration for my hairstyle. TBH some month-old babies have hair looks just like that!!!😜🤪

Thank you Derya at Club Pilates Nedlands for your guidance at my 1st Reformer Pilates. Early morning class preps me for a busy Sat inc meetings, patients notes reviews and delivering at least one 👶, maybe more.

Very happy that I manage to squeeze in an exercise session on another busy day.

Happy Mother’s Day. Been to Chris Wilson Fitness Studio this am. All the mums get flowers. How sweet!!

1st time been to circuits in my life (yesterday and today) Needless to say struggling to keep up. At least I came back today, after yesterday with whole body aching.

Following previous posts.

I have been listening to Nelly since college years- and that is quite a few decades ago.

Still can't believe my whole team and family were treated so well by an international super star, his family and PA. Even though they were extremely busy, they still made sure we were so well looked after throughout the night. After the concert they double checked I got the signed poster by the whole team and even personally said goodbye to us!!!!

The special wrist bands were only for my team, with my surname on them.

Thank you!!!!! What a kool star quality Nelly. I have nothing but admiration and respect for your team and family. Hope you can keep going for many years, partying with your loyal fans.

Had an absolute blast with the on stage experience at Nelly & St Lunatics concert in Perth.

Thank you so so much to Nelly, his PA and family for the personalised VIP welcome to the party. He is an absolute gentleman. We even got invited to dance with him at the last song. All of us had the best concert experience in our lives!!!!!

"It's getting hot in Herre!......" We are all still buzzing.
