The end result is a modern rehabilitation gym and physio clinic run by highly experienced & passionate Post-Graduate Phyiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist, Jeremy Ingram. Jeremy's mandate is to take the time to identify all the f

actors affecting a patients health or performance. His focus is on facilitating patients to achieve THEIR unique treatment goals through education, movement retraining, exercise and manual therapy. Once symptoms are stabilised, he aims to improve the overall health & quality of life for all of our patients, many of whom who have stopped moving due to complex injuries and/or any chronic conditions. He is uniquely qualified & equiped to get anyone exercising safely & efficiently, regardless of age, weight, sport or diagnosis.
