Podiatrist - Perth Metro!
St Francis is now looking for a friendly, professional to join our (fantastic!) team within our General Practice providing podiatric care to our existing patient base! New opportunities exist also across a potential range of facilities, health hubs and working with our partner pharmacy with newly developed treatments. Work as part of a team of GPs, nurses, pharmacists and help us provide exceptional customer care with best practice guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
Help build our broader Practice and health care group
Look after and build our patient base, accepting referrals from our group
Recommend regular foot care, with supply provided by our pharmacy
Assess, diagnose, treat and evaluate abnormalities and diseases related to the foot and lower limb
Diabetic foot health assessments
Regular foot care services
Partake in the chronic disease management plan
Give foot wear advice, foot care advice and education to patients, family members, staff and carers
Make referrals to our health professionals as appropriate
Biomechanical assessments
Maintain quality documentation and treatment planning procedures
Undertake a range of administrative tasks such as ensuring any in-clinic stock levels are maintained, and equipment is kept in good working order
