Hello everyone, recently Helene and I agreed to do a treatment exchange, the whole experience has been wonderful, an opportunity to honour each other in giving and receiving. While allowing an opportunity for meaningful referral of clients. Supporting each other on our healing journeys.
I want to take some time to thank the beautiful Helene Collard for the Reiki treatment I recieved. She held me so kindly, and connected herself to source, enabling healing energy to pass through her hands onto my body and energy body. I felt deeply relaxed and at peace during the session, whilst experiencing massive shifts and release through my legs and auric field. Afterwards, the world seemed to slow down in my perception and I slept deeply all night. Helene was dedicated and knowledgeable, we discussed what we had both experienced after my session and I felt aligned in the accuracy of her words.
This idea of giving and receiving treatments as a community, to support each other is something I wish to pursue, so if anyone is interested to exchange, feel free to pm me.

I am an intuitive empath, working with light conciousness in the shamanic realms of healing. My offering is Ajna light healing sessions. I work from Lismore on Thursdays, but also can travel for group bookings of 3 or more people, on evenings or weekends.
The Ajna light shines flickering white light over your pineal gland. This flickering light is preset to the frequencies that have been chosen before the session, causing brain entrainment to the programmed brainwave patterns of Delta, theta, alpha, beta, gamma or lambda.
People experience deep relaxation, meditation, insights, visions, feelings of connection, healing and altered states of consciousness. During this profound shamanic journey, people are able to take part with more presence and clarity in their own healing path, while in a safe and held space.
