🌅 New Time for Shakti Flow — Autumn / Winter 2026

As the seasons shift, we move with the rhythm of the rising sun.

From this week, our Shakti Flow morning practice will begin at 6:00–7:00 am for the Autumn and Winter months.

Practicing at dawn is a beautiful way to welcome the day — when the mind is quiet, the air is fresh and the energy of the new day begins to awaken. Together we move, breathe and align with the natural rhythm of nature.

This flowing Hatha practice integrates the Five Element Form, breath awareness and meditation — awakening the body while cultivating steadiness and clarity for the day ahead.

When the weather is clear we practice outdoors with the rising sun.
If it is raining, we move indoors to the shala.

For the students who have enrolled — prepare to explore the deeper layers of practice:

Our weekly schedule offers a balance of dynamic practice, meditation and deeply restorative classes to nourish body, mind and spirit.

From sunrise practice and traditional Hatha Yoga, to Yin, meditation and gentle classes for seniors and beginners — there is space for everyone to practice.

All are welcome.

Classes are offered in the spirit of Dana (generosity).

As the seasons shift, so does our morning practice.

Join us for sunrise yoga — a revitalising ritual to awaken the body, mind and spirit.

Through breath, movement and the rhythm of the Five Element Form, we welcome the day with warmth, vitality and clarity.

On clear mornings we gather at Broken Head Beach, practicing with the rising sun and the sound of the ocean.
Often followed by an optional ocean swim.

On rainy or windy days we meet in the warmth and sanctuary of the Shiva & Shakti Yoga Shala.

A deeply nourishing way to begin the day in Byron Bay.

Guess who’s turning 80 on the 22nd of December? Our wonderful teacher and friend Premananda 😍.

Born on the summer solstice in Australia or in Northern Europe the winter solstice. Nonetheless, we celebrate him. Our Shiva 🕉️

It was his Anahata teacher- Shankara who told Peter after his apprenticeship, his Dharma. It was to spread love and joy of yoga to the world 🌎. And boy, has he done so! A living example of living in he union of your heart 💓.

We cannot thank you enough for opening our hearts 💚, loving ourselves exactly as we are and sharing our love to others without any expectations and conditions.

Our students, family and friends look forward to celebrating with you !

Sunrise 🌅 practice of The 5 Element Form with Anahata Yogi .

Start your day with watching the sun rising above the 3 sisters at Broken Head beach 🏖️, when the morning glow is in its absolute glory.

The 5 element form is an ancient yoga practice with gentle movements that connects with the 5 elements of Earth 🌎, water 💦, air 💨 and akasha 🕉️ in union with our 5 pancha kosha’s. Feel grounded, calm and in flow for the rest of the day after a refreshing swim in the ocean 🌊.

Every Friday and Monday morning 6am-7am. Bookings essential.
