Wei-Yee's yoga journey began in 2003 after searching for a gentler form of exercise. She graduated from the BHYS yoga teacher training course in 2012 and has since completed additional training in pregnancy yoga at the Yoga Institute, altogether completing over 400 hours of yoga teacher training. Her immense passion for sharing the benefits of yoga and making it accessible to people from all walks of life evidently shows in her teachings. Her classes provide a non-competitive and nurturing environment and is coupled with her ability to offer variations to challenge students of different experience levels. She offers hatha and vinyasa style classes with a focus on alignment that is both nurturing and challenging for everyone. Wei-Yee's teaching experience includes:

- Corporate classes at a multinational ASX Top 50 company in Sydney CBD including tailored classes to the Board of Directors.

- Resident yoga teacher at Lively Physiotherapy and Pilates Studio, Turramurra NSW for several years.

- Covering classes at yoga studios and gyms across Sydney.

- Now currently teaching yoga at The Flour Mill, Summer Hill NSW

💕 The most heart-warming morning 💕

An early start today, journeying East to facilitate a private yoga class for two students on their wedding day. With clear blue skies outside and the quiet solitude of their hotel room within, we moved through a grounding practice - bringing calm, connection, and ease before they stepped into their special day.

What an honour to be welcomed into their lives at such a meaningful moment.

This Saturday, experience a nourishing and deeply immersive morning that combines two complementary practices: a rejuvenating Yoga Session and a centering Sound Bath Meditation.

Start your day with a Yoga session led by Me Yoga on Earth (7:45–8:45am)! More than just a workout, it’s an invitation to stretch, center, and foster a vibrant sense of belonging. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you’ll be guided to move at your own pace, supported by a welcoming community.

After yoga, settle into stillness for a Sound Bath Meditation with Katrina Noela our resident sound healer (9:00–10:00am). Allow the ethereal sounds of crystal singing bowls and channeled voice to bathe you in vibrations that soothe the nervous system and bring you into deeper harmony with yourself. Lying comfortably on your mat, simply breathe and let the waves of sound gently release tension and restore balance.

🎉 Exciting news! 🎉 I’ve been quietly working on something, and I’m thrilled to share that I’m nearing the last year of my Health Science (Naturopathy) degree! 🙌 This means I'm now able to accept real patients at the Endeavour College Student Clinic.

Snapshots from a delicious Saturday morning spent flowing through a yoga class before being immersed in the world of coffee. We were taken on a journey by from bean to cup and had our gustatory and olfactory systems tickled from a variety of coffee beans from around the world 🌎.
